transfer ringtones

Is there an easy way to transfer .m4r (ringtones) in Catalina to an iPhone without iTunes?

Tones doesn't show in iTunes like it used to, but you do still need to use iTunes to do it.


Connect your iPhone to your Mac

Open iTunes and locate your phone on the sidebar in iTunes

Locate the Ringtones that you want to transfer on your Mac and select them

Drag the Ringtones to your iPhone in the sidebar of iTunes. A plus sign + should appear, then drop them onto your iPhone


if you don't want to use iTunes for whatever reason, then you need to get a 3rd party app like iRingg


sometimes at the bottom of this article there is a 50% off coupon (wish i had known)
