How do you delete app from IPhone Xr

Note that some native Apple apps (Safari, Health etc.) cannot completely deleted. You can remove these apps from the Home Screen but they will continue to exist in the App Library on your iPhone.

There are times when you cannot permanently delete ANY app. When this happens then you can check your Screen Time settings and restrictions. Set screen time restrictions to OFF and that should resolve the issue.

What to Do:

Hold you finger down on the icon until it wiggles. Then tap on the "X" when it pops up. All should be gone from there. Note that builtin apps cannot be removed.
