I have given my old IPad to a friend so that she can contact her aged family in another country by FaceTime. She does not have an Apple ID nor any other Apple devices. The iPad message states that too many Apple ID s have been used on the iPad. To my knowledge it has only been me, although my daughter may have used hers when borrowing the iPad. Any ideas please ?
Have her create a new ID (if necessary)on another Apple device/computer and sign into iCloud using the same Apple ID on the other Apple device/computer. She should then be able to sign in.
The maximum number of free accounts have been activated -
