I only have 3 Apple devices associated with my iCloud but it still says I have too many when I try to download Apple Music songs. Anyone know how to fix?

You can have ten devices (no more than five computers) associated with your Apple ID for purchases at one time. The list of associated devices is not the same as the list of devices that you're currently signed in to with your Apple ID. You can see where you're signed in on your Apple ID account page.
javaliga thanks for you reply. After clicking the links you provided and suggested articles, I’m determined I still only have 3 total devices associated. 1 MacBook 1 iPhone 1 Apple Watch. I even removed my older MacBook and iPad which I’m pretty sure would have still put me under the limit. Unfortunately every time I upgrade to the new iPhone I run into a new slew of apple related issue ( music becomes unavailable, explicit songs magically become edited etc. - pretty frustrating). Pretty convinced it’s an apple error. I haven’t even owned/used 10 total devices since creating my Apple ID.
