No Bluetooth or WiFi option in sidebar after clicking on Network

I have a Mac Book Pro and I am 60 years old I am not at all tech savvy and some terminology I don’t get so if someone could be kind enough to help me in the most basic English language would be appreciated. I am no longer able to use WiFi or Bluetooth. I was able to connect and use both prior to leaving my Mac book on the plane and having to later retrieve it (not sure if that had anything to do with it). After clicking on the network this is all I see. Please help me.

Thank you
