When I try to update wirelessly on my phone, I get a message saying it is unable to install. No information is given as to why and no error codes are shown. Apple support recommended I try updating manually using ITunes on my PC, but when I try to check for an update it says my IPhone software is up to date when it’s clearly not.

Updating for future reference in case anyone has the same issue!
Apple recommended I back-up my phone to ICloud and then factory reset it. Then I restored it to my ICloud back-up so I didn’t lose anything, and I was able to update it with no issue!

You'll want to verify that you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your PC. Here's a helpful article with directions on how you can do that: Update iTunes on PC Then, let's see if you can update the software on your iPhone to iOS 15.0.2.

Ok, try this.
Go to Settings > General > Storge and delete the 14.7 profile if there is one in there.
Then go to Settings > General > Profiles and delete the 14.7 profile. Restart your phone and you should now be able to update.
You have a beta version of the iOS running, you need to delete that before you can upgrade to iOS 15.0.2.

I thought that might be the issue and tried using that article and several others to remove the beta profile but I don’t even have an option to do so. The VPN option shows no beta profiles to delete.
There is no 14.7 profile in my storage. I tried searching every setting and can’t find a 14.7 profile anywhere. Sorry for all of the issues!
