Watch got stuck in 44mm aluminium screen

what should I do to make it work? Tried factory reset but still didn’t work.

First to update your watch to WatchOS8 your phone needs to be running ios15 or higher,I would update the phone first;

Then;

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.

Then try to start again;

Set up and pair your Apple Watch with iPhone
