I have this 2009 Mac mini and I had bought it from eBay like a few days ago and I erased the disk and tried to reinstall OS X Yosemite again and when it ask to login to Apple ID I put my info and it doesn’t work I’ve tried everything I need some help
The mini should not be asking you to login to your Apple ID at this point. Apparently the Mac was not properly prepared for sale.
What the previous owner should have done:

You will need to contact the previous owner to have them disable Find My app and disassociate the Mac from their Apple ID account. They will need to physically handle the Mac. Better idea: return the mac for a refund.
