Last night a screen came up on my iPhone and it showed all my different icons on each page, I unclicked them not knowing and I lost all six pages of my icons. Does anyone know how I can restore them? My phone was back up in the last couple of weeks.

There are multiple things that may have happened. The following support articles provide some troubleshooting steps to try for this behavior:
Make sure you're not using Focus: Use Focus on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Next make sure you have not hidden pages or icons accidentally:
Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone
