I have an iPhone 12 ProMax and for unknown reasons, I can't send photos to a group chat. I can send messages but not pics . I get a "file attached" message but nothing goes through. Can someone help me with the settings as I can't find the answer. Thank you

You're line needs to be provisioned by your phone carrier to use MMS, contact them to troubleshoot.
