How do I remove a Subscription for good?

This subscription is very annoying. I can’t update anything nor can I play the games I have on my phone. It does this because I have a card that I used that is out of money. I just canceled the subscriptions and it still won’t let me do anything, I can’t download games that I had before, I can’t even play games that I already have. Apple needs to resolve this issue. Is there someone that can help me though?

Cancel the subscription properly.

Then resolve any purchase issue directly with Apple Support to be able to use your account again.

BTW, unless you see a NONE option in the payment methods of your account details, you MUST have a functioning payment method. A card with no funds won't allow you to use the account.

Help you with what? You made a pretty vague statement.
