I am getting tons of emails with fxxx word, penis, vagina, sex. I am not interested in naked girls. How to block emails with certain words in macOs Siera?

Sorry that you have to deal with this issue. The same thing frustrates me, too. 😡
While you cannot block these email messages from being sent to your inbox, you can create rules that Mail will use to move those messages out of the inbox and directly to the trash when they are received.

Additionally, you might also check with your email provider via their web mail access (using a browser) and see if there are filters available on their end that you can use to help eliminate the problem.
