2015 Macbook Pro 13" suffering from screen delamination

I now see the problem of screen delamination starting again. It is not too bad yet as mostly the damage is occurring around the screen edges, but from past experience know the issue will get worse as time goes on. This is a manufacturing problem and considering this is the 3rd time feel it should be repaired by Apple at no cost to me as the last screen replacement was only around 3 years ago.

The screen delamination typically occurs when touching the screen either with your fingers or a cleaning cloth. Any chemical cleaners will also accelerate the delamination. Also the keyboard can rub against the screen due to the extremely narrow tolerances depending how you carry and store the laptop. The trick to minimizing the delamination is to minimize anything ever touching the screen including being very careful how the laptop is handled and stored when the lid is closed.

It is possible to remove the anti-glare coating, but it is difficult and risky since you may accidentally crack the screen or cause liquid damage to the laptop. It requires rubbing lightly dampened baking soda on the screen. It takes a lot of time and effort and is very messy. It is also hard to clean up the baking soda residue. The display may also have a different color tint to it after removing the anti-glare coating. I would only attempt removing the anti-glare coating when the center viewing area becomes delaminated to the point where it is distracting or hard to read and you are just going to throw the laptop out. You probably won't be able to remove all the anti-glare coating which is something to keep in mind.
