Screen shaking after watching hours of videos.

hi guys, have you ever encountered the situation that the screen begins to shake with the horizon lines, once you press "pause" for a while it becomes normal but shortly after the shaking horizon lines show up.

Mine is MacBook pro 2017 and OS BigSur 11.6. I already had this machine checked by the genius bar and they told me there was no problem with the hardware. But how to solve this?? Has Apple solved this in its new OS? Appreciate it if someone could answer me.
