How do I report my iCloud email is wrong

So my iCloud email got compromised I’m pretty sure I know who did since that person was using my phone for 2 days But he picked a hide my email for me and it’s almost exactly the same as my iCloud email I use my iCloud email is paigemgholson@icloud.com and the one he uses to get my on my iCloud account and now remotely manages my iPhone it even sys when i login on here this site just now i typed in my regular email not caps and it showed up like this

ibdid change to a different iphone from a iphone se to a old iphpne 6 just took out sim card but then everything kept changing thete is now him cobtrolling everything like reatrictions deleting emails or socil medi accounts.. i needbto make a new hide my email but its a one time thing
