Contact Apple, and setup a Genius Bar Appointment or see an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) in your local area. See if you can get this iPhone fixed, and if you can remover the data.

You can’t back up a broken phone; backups must be made before disaster strikes, after is too late. Which is why Apple makes automatic nightly backups trivially easy to enable. But if you didn’t, it’s too late now. If only the screen or battery needs to be replaced Apple can usually make the repair without data loss. All other repairs will result in total data loss.
