Movies and shows are pausing

My streaming shows pause by themselves repeatedly on my Apple TV 4K. This occurs even when no other devices are being used.

That indicates you likely don't have a good Internet signal where the Apple TV is located. You can use a tool such as iStumbler to measure the strength. If it is low you may be a good candidate for a Mesh network. Another thing you can try is:


·      Unplug Modem from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.

·      Unplug Router from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.

·      Unplug Apple TV from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in and retest the system.
