MacOS Monterey 12.0.1 ScreenSaver and Photos

Ever since I updated mi iMac to MacOS Monterey 12.0.1 the Screen Saver is not accessing Photos. Screen Saver goes completely dark when I set it to Photos. It does do the defaults like "Arabesque", "Shell", Flurry", etc. But not Photos. Thank you.

That's a known but with this version of Monterey and Photos. It's been reported here many times. All we can to is continue to report it and use a screensaver that doesn't use image files until Apple releases a fix.

After I'd opened the Photos app for the first time after upgrade the Screen Saver preferences then gave me the option to select from the Photos app.
