Apparently some time ago, my Files icon on my iPhone was deleted. 🤦♀️ I would like to get it back for the convenience. Can that be done?

Assuming that the app has been deleted, the provided link should offer you the possibility to re-download it from the App Store and install it. After that it should appear on the Home Screen.
If you can somehow launch the app then it should be already somewhere. Are you sure it isn't inside a folder?
Yes I can go to link and access the files this way. I thought I once had the icon on my Home Screen but no longer. Is there a way to get that back?
