Microphone how can I reinstate the access?

What to Try:

• Start with a Restart: Method 1; Method 2

• Reinstall the App:: Remove Viber, and then Add it back

• Perform a new iCloud Session: Log out of iCloud, then log back in. Perhaps it all needs to resync.

Uninstall Security Software:

Any Security Software installed? If so, uninstall it. It just gets in the way on Apple devices, and this would be a pure example as to how and why.
