When trying to create an apple id for a child through Family Sharing, after I verify the code on the card on file, I get the spinning wheel and it says "Loading...." It's stuck there and doesn't do anything else.

If you have access to a computer, you might try creating the ID there. People have posted they could create the ID on a computer when they had problems creating the ID on a device.

I don't have an Apple computer, and I can't seem to do anything if it's not on an Apple device. Rather frustrating.....
