good day, I ordered iphone 13 pro max on 19 october. I wrote down my credit card information and paid. but did not take any payment from my credit card. now has information on the transaction. I would like to get information from you because you did not charge my card. I want my order to be confirmed and the payment to be taken from my card.

Look near the bottom of your order-confirming email for links allowing you to contact Apple regarding this.
