My iPhone 6 Plus keeps showing the red battery sign

What can I do? If I take the charger out right now it’ll jus go back to the red battery again

If you've never had the battery replaced, it's time for a new battery.

In Settings>Battery>Battery Health, what's listed for Maximum Capacity?

If this number is 80% or lower, you need a new battery.
