Why every time I try to download anything it asks for a credit or debit card? I don’t have one please stop asking 🛑 🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑

You must have a valid payment method registered in the App Store to download and install apps. The App Store app is asking you to register a valid payment method so that you can download the apps (Free or not).
