Showtime/Paramount Apps Frustrating

I have subscriptions to both services. However, every time I go to my Apple TV app for either one it says I don't have the service. But if I select a program to watch it lets me watch it....sometimes. Other times it does not. Other services (HBO for example) work fine.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 15

Apple TV channel subscriptions are separate from the subscriptions done directly with the provider. For the latter, it will integrate with Apple's app but playback will be done in the provider's app. If there is a specific issue with a particular 3rd party app then it would require contacting them to investigate.
