I did not intentionally or knowingly sign up for Apple Music but I was charged for it. I want a refund immediately. I’m upset that this has happened again.

I did not sign up for Apple Music, I don’t need it and I was charged for it. Please refund my money.

You will need to request the refund (again?), as mentioned in the reply above.


One possibility here is that somebody has access to your Apple ID:

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

See and remove your devices that are associated with Apple ID purchases - Apple Support

Set a passcode on iPhone - Apple Support

Require a password for App Store and iTunes purchases - Apple Support


If Family Sharing and related purchasing is enabled here, check with the other family members.
