Documents that open in Adobe Acrobat are not printing. I was told I could get an app called Preview to view these documents in (and hopefully print from there) but I'm not sure where to find it. Apple support sent me an email with information but it starts after I already have the app.
Preview is included in macOS. It's in the Applications folder.
