I updated a couple of days ago to Monterey and now all of a sudden my screen is glitching at random times, in all applications.
Im on a MacBook 12inch about 4 years old.
I am hoping this is due to the upgrade in the operating system !!!!

Restart the computer in Safe Mode and test of the issue is presented. To exit Safe Mode - just restart the computer like normal.
