Im trying to backup an iphone to my trusted Mac but the screen of my iphone is black

Is there something I can do to backup my data from my broken phone?

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Highly unlikely. If the phone will turn on and you have it set to automatically back up to iCloud then it may have backed up and you can recover your content when you restore your next device using the backup. If you didn't do that then unless you can enter your passcode on the device when trying to do a computer backup, you can't back it up. Note that if you were using iCloud to sync items then even if you didn't back up your device many of those items are in iCloud and will reappear when you sign into iCloud on your next/repaired device.
