Was wanting old apple Music account back it had a lot of my songs on there a while ago it made me make a new account and was wondering how to get those songs back

If you are referring to an Apple Music subscription - once you cancel or let your subscription expire there is no guarantee if or for how long your music library will be retained after the last billing cycle. You will have to start from scratch.
If you are referring to music you purchased from the iTunes Store - items acquired with one Apple ID are forever tied to that Apple ID and cannot be transferred to or merged with another Apple ID unless you change it according to:
