Is there a way to use a higher value for the vertical axis than what's in the data?

I have a chart with seven categoreis I need to split up into individual charts, but want to keep all the charts at the same scale with the same "highest value" of the vertical axis.

For example, my highest value is 700,000, and my lowest is 200,000, but for the chart with the 200,000 value, I'd like the top of the vertical axis to indicate 700,000.

Is there a way to do this?

thanks!
