Can I setup an AirTag with macOS Find My?

Hi,

I am wondering if I can setup an AirTag with macOS/Android.

Or if I setup the airtag on an iPhone will it come up on the Find My app on mac?

You can only set up AirTag on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Set up your AirTag using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Once you've set up your AirTag, your item will appear on all devices that you're signed into the same Apple ID on, including Find My on Mac.

You can't track your AirTag with Android at the moment. You can only use NFC-enabled Android devices to identify AirTags that have been marked as lost.
