Order Still Processing After 29 Days

I ordered the new MacBook Pro about an hour after its introduction on October 18th. When I check the status almost a month later, it is still in the “processing” phase. I know of other people who ordered the same computer with the same exact configuration over a week later than I did, and theirs were delivered two weeks ago. We live on opposite coasts of the US, though. Could that be why my order hasn’t shipped after almost a month?

If Apple can not meet the expected delivery date they typically will cancel the order.


Your Card is not charged until it moves from Processing to Shipping, then you can expect delivery with in 24-48 hrs

I will add there are supply chain slow downs which very well could impact your turn around time.
