The HomePod software update server could not be contacted. The requested resource was not found.

How on earth can I force my HomePod to update to os 15?? I've tried every single step under support, but the apps get stuck on "installing update" and NOTHING happens. I see a spinning circle for hours, I have restarted EVERY SINGLE APPLE DEVICE I OWN, everything I own is up to date EXCEPT the brand new HomePod, and it just keeps flashing orange at me. I've never been so unhappy with an Apple product.
