iPhone screen freezes after iOS 15.1 update

Why Am I facing so many issues in my iPhone after the IOS 15.1 update?

The phone screen freezes after every 5 minutes, a lot of ghost touch and self power off.

Have you restarted the phone since the update? You might also try a Forced Restart...

I’ve restarted mine multiple times, doesn’t help. Also, when trying to email a web link, the iPad mini freezes. Mine is not acting right since the 15.1 update. Web browsing is slower
