An issue where there's a yellow bar on the touchbar

How to resolve an issue where there's a yellow bar on the touchbar, i can still use the touchbar but cant really see the touchbar. This happened yesterday and did not start after any update or anything. I have tried refreshing the touchbar.

On the Intel Mac the best you can do is—

The SMC controls the Touchabar and there is some NVRAM involved in the T2 chip

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

and

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)

If no resolve it typically indicates a hardware issue which would require service.
