Can't scroll to page two in Launchpad

Mac OS Monteray 12.0.1 I cannot scroll to page 2 of Launchpad. It will show for a second then flips back to page one. If I want an app on page two I have to use the searchbar to get to it.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 12.0

Does this happen in Safe Mode. It takes minutes to boot to Safe Mode

How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

If it work, boot normally and see if problem is resolved.
