What should I do if the Mac M1 2020 is wobbly while typing/resting palms on it?
left bottom pad is not touching the work surface (Tried in every possible flat surface and still wobbles)
can it be harmful to the hardware?

Try placing it on another desk to see if the desk is warped or your MacBook.
You always have the option of taking it to an Apple retail store for a possible repair.
