I send a request. Now on the web site they say: “Your original payment method has been refunded for this purchase.“ what does that mean and when I’ll get my money back?

That your request has been approved. Getting it takes up to 30 days for most payment methods; click here for more information.


If the one used is no longer valid or it's already been that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
