Issue with the trackpad: Ref Code: NDR005, NDR006

My Macbook Pro M1 Max has been having problems with the Dock disappearing.

So I ran a diagnosis and I got this message:

"There may be an issue with the trackpad. Reference Code: NDR005, NDR006."

What does that mean? The advise from Apple was:

"take your Mac to an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Apple Store for service or support."

I can't send out my Macbook, because I'm in the middle of editing a project but if you send a replacement (that works), I'll be happy to send in the problematic Macbook.

Please let me know.
