I got the error message that Apple ID is not active then I tried to reset password, now I’m getting “Apple ID cannot be verified”. What do I do? I can’t use my phone for anything literally

How do I go about this error message? I get the error message that my Apple ID is not active whenever I try to sign in, then I tried resetting my password it said Apple ID cannot be verified. I can’t use my phone right now, how do I go about this? It wouldn’t sign out as well
