broken apple music subscription

hello i am a member of the co-subscription family. we buy a family subscription to apple music, but all the music has disappeared from me and it’s written that I need to buy a subscription to listen to music, although the payment was withdrawn and other family members are fine. Please help me to solve this problem. otherwise you have to connect to Spotify.

You would have needed to accept an invitation sent from the family subscription organiser.

(Seems up to six members is ok.)


You might want to check with the family organiser if your subscription is properly set up
