iPhone7 Plus Failing Update to IOS 15.1

I am experiencing an installation error "Unable to Install Update" "An error occurred installing iOS 15.1"

I have tried all different suggestions including deleting and re-downloading the update, freeing up storage and restarting. After downloading I still have 2.3GB available.

Any suggestions? Many Thanks in advance.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

You need about 6 GB for the update.
