i am not able to reset my screen time passcode it doesn’t show rest passcode option
I try to turn off screen time passcode but it doesn’t show rest passcode by email

If you attempt to follow the instructions found in this support document and cannot, If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support then you need to contact Apple Support. Use the Get Support link at the top of the page.
Is this on your personal device, or is your device possibly managed by your parents or guardian? If they set the passcode, then you cannot reset it, they would have to provide you with the passcode.
