Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. It looks like you reached us using the article titled How to get old versions of macOS, and we’ll be happy to help out.


We’d like to know if you are using the Safari browser to try and access iCloud. If so, according to the “Minimum system requirements by feature” found in System requirements for iCloud you should be able to access the site. 


Are you able to get to other sites, or use apps that require the internet?
