I'm unable to send messages to android phones. A message pops up and says 'unable to send message, message blocking active". I don't have any one blocked. I've checked my settings and nothing has worked. Help!

Message blocking on your device prevents you from receiving messages from blocked senders. It does not prevent you from sending to them.
That message sounds like it is an issue with your service account with your cellular service provider. You need to call them to clear up why SMS/MMS messaging is not working with your account.
