Video Inspector doesn't show information

Hi! This is probably something simple that I'm too new to pick up intuitively, but I was trying to rotate and scale a clip, and I've watched tutorials on Youtube on how to do it when I noticed the options they gave is not something I have.

According to the video, there should be options to scale, transform, etc. but I do not have that (photo A)- the only options I have are to 'reset parameters' and 'add (something?)', whereas in the videos the speaker is given multiple choices. (photo B) How do I go about adding these things? I've made sure that my specific clip is selected, but I'd like to at least use the scale button so that my video properly fits the screen without zooming in too far. (The % next to the view button I've found only zooms in/out the entire screen, and not my video so that doesn't solve it). Many thanks!

You probably have all of those sections "hidden". When you mouse over the Label bars, a "Show" or "Hide" will appear so that you can toggle open or close a panel.

Click on the word that appears OR you can double click that titlebar to open or close the panel section.

If you prefer to have them open all the time, when you quit FCP, hold down the Option key to "Quit and Keep Windows". FCP should remember your settings.

If you can't open the panels, then you have a problem.

OMG! So the first option for 'show' only gives me the option to reset parameters or add keyframes, but the second option of double clicking the title bar opened the panel section! Wah, I can't believe I didn't think of that, sounds so simple, was thinking there was a bug of sorts. Thanks for your help!
