Hi abdel22,Â
From your message it appears that you're not getting alert sounds from your phone. We're glad you've joined us in Apple Support Communities. Let's see if this helps.
It seems like you're already familiar with the steps in If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker, but let's double-check the advice there. This link has the most frequent solutions to troubleshooting when you're not hearing any sounds from your iPhone.Â
Additionally, the next time you see a notification or get a call, be sure to check immediately to see if there's a Bluetooth device connected to the phone routing the audio to that Bluetooth device instead of your iPhone. Even if you are sure that you don't have a Bluetooth device, this is still a good step to check this out. Follow the steps in "Unpair a Bluetooth accessory" in Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch if there are devices that you see in Settings > Bluetooth.Â
If you haven't already, let's Restart your iPhone and see if the issue remains. A restart is a great step when experiencing unexpected behavior.
If the issue remains after following those steps, let us know what steps you had a chance to try from above.Â
We hope that helps with your question and take care!
