Verification and Billing Issue

I’m trying to download a app in the app store and it’s free. So I tried to download it and it said that it needed me to verify my password to get into my billing info. So I put my password in and I don’t have a card attached to my account and it’s only affecting this one app but not any other ones and I don’t know what to do. I can’t seem to get it to work no matter what.

Unless you have a NONE option in the payment methods of your account details, you usually have to have a valid payment method, even for free apps.
