Gmail password changed "on it's own"

my gmail account password was changed last night and when i checked the history how it got changed on its own, then i found that it was changed from my iphone although my iphone was with me and i never changed the password. Please help me to get through it.

The last movements showed that gmail password was changed from my iphone

i am scared now.

There is no way to change third-party email passwords from the iPhone iOS Mail app. Probably you have GMail App installed.


Google Mail is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Gmail Help - Google Support


Thumb Rules:

  1. Enable  Guided Access before handing over an iPhone to kids
  2. Don't share Apple IDs
  3. Don't Jail Break
  4. Don't share sensitive information pertaining to your device and payment methods
